The paper discusses a Le Chatelier – Brown principle to describe a balanced state in various physical problems. The Le Chatelier – Brown principle applications are demonstrated in problems of chemical thermodynamics, mechanics, electrodynamics as well as in descriptions of biosphere processes. The paper defines an inverse correlation for the Kullback's measure values of fluctuations of the electric strength in minor volumes of electrolytes on the density of entropy production in the environment. It shows that influence of dissipative processes on isolated electrolytic cell can be described using the Le Chatelier – Brown principle. The correlation coefficient of Kullback's measure values and density of entropy production in transformation of the Sun radiation into the Earth surface thermal radiation is calculated.
